I had The pleasure of working with Isam when I obtained his services to list my house. His comparables were right on par and we were able to list my house on the higher end. However, through his extensive network and marketing experience, we were able to get multiple offers and accepted an offer within 24 hours of listing. The process was not easy but Isam made it less stressful and for that we are grateful. Isam is an excellent agent. He helped me sell my condo in Alexandria after I moved to California. He even went the extra mile to make sure the the condo is in excellent shape before posting it on the market. I would recommend Isam and I will use him again if I move back to VA.

Mr. Isam Alsomiri provided me and my family with an amazing service for over two months. Altough I was looking for a house with a very long list of requirements, he helped me find the house of my dreams! With his help I successfully closed on my house in March.

Through the whole process my realtor made me feel that it was all about providing an excellent service rather than making a sale!
He is very patient, knowledgeable, and easy going. He was always on my side as his customer and he made sure I understood all the necessary steps that need to be taking when buying a house.
