Israel did a FANTASTIC job for us. We began working with him in March 2022. However because the market was still hot, it was hard finding the right house in our price range. Through it all Israel was patient and helpful. He gave us great insight into the market and the way it was trending. He told us we were likely to find something towards the end of 2022 since the market was cooling off. And sure enough we found a great home in late December and closed yesterday. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He's as good as it gets! This was our 8th home (we've moved a lot) and this was by far the easiest home-buying experience we've ever had.

I really enjoyed working with Israel. He always had a great attitude and outlook on the whole searching for a house process.
Whiling looking for a house, it is stressful and then throwing in having to try and out bid numerous other buyers, the disappointed sets in when you didn’t have the best offer BUT Israel keep my spirits up and comforted that we will find The One. He gave me great feedback, ideas and his thoughts on how to word the offer. Overall I was just extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and skills.
One thing I loved most was him challenging me “do you love this house” cause there will be more and better houses. He also has a great eye for details of the house. I enjoyed his thoughts and feedback on the house we just looked at and questions if I noticed certain defects or potential concerns.
Israel was always quick to get a response to me with when we can see the house or sending my pictures and videos when I was busy with work. No matter what the time of day, early morning or late night, he was there to answer my questions and get houses lined up to see. He was also there for anything else I needed.

Israel was fantastic. He answered all of my questions immediately. I never waited longer then a few minutes to get a response. He also took time to explain things to me and never rushed me. I told Isreal what I wanted and he made sure that he found homes that fit that description and my budget. Just an all around nice guy. 5 Stars is not enough nor does it equate to the level of professionalism and courtesy Israel has. He made the entire process of purchasing a home seem fast, efficient, and most of all easy. Israel will ensure you are well informed before making a decision on a home and is available day or night to answer the numerous questions that I bombarded him with.
