Real estate has been Iva's chosen career for over twenty years. She grew up in Texas and followed in her great grandmother's footsteps as a realtor. She created the passion she has by her example as a conscientious and successful real estate agent. She proudly holds her license with Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage, a member of the Cherokee Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has extensive training and sales experience in residential and land as well as commercial leasing, sales, and property management. Her experience allows her to provide additional services to her clients such as staging, interior design, new construction, renovations, building, zoning, and DIY projects.
