I was matched with Ivan Butrus, Palisade Realty Group when I requested an appointment to tour a house through the Zillow app. My first impression from him on day one was that he is a friendly guy that is able to quickly create rapport with anyone. That to me was a huge plus in the tight San Diego housing market I was searching for because he could quickly engage listing and seller's agents. Ivan Butrus is professional, knowledgeable, and personable.; he is quick to respond and always willing to go the extra mile.

We visited several properties together and he gave me pros and cons of the house that I would have missed myself. If there was a flaw in the house, he could see it and also assess how serious that flaw would be. He is responsive, easy to work with and all in all, a very cool guy! We became very good friends during my house search.

It was a pleasure working with Ivan and hopefully I will work with him in the future again. His team is 5 stars all around!! From the moment we called to the moment we closed it was a pure delight.
