Ivan Chiang

I am a Realtor licensed in California serving the Real Estate Investor community. I am also a private money lender/broker and can provide the funding needed for purchase and renovations. I invest in distressed local real estate and non-performing notes throughout the nation. I am interested in accumulating assets that produce reliable cash flow with minimal investment and moderate risk.

I have been a real estate investor for over 30 years. My first investment was a four-plex in Southern California where a friend and I purchased for no money down. Afterwards, I invested in other residential income properties as well as single family residences, townhomes and raw land. I received a real estate salesperson license in 1989 and sold residential homes. At one point, I was a manufactured home dealer rehabbing-selling bank repos and installing-selling newly installed homes in mobile home parks.
