Ivan has worked in banking and real estate the whole of his career. A Fellow of the IFS, gaining the prestigious “top 50 worldwide” member status. He holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). As CEO of Buckinghamshire Building Society, he built assets from $250m to $400m and pre-tax profits from $120k to $5,200k in 5 years.

Most recently, Ivan has focused his time and energy on the Sarasota County commercial real estate market, gaining expert local knowledge and utilizing local and international network of contacts to build a successful business in just a few years’ time.
Ivan’s education and depth of experience, make him invaluable to clients in evaluating their real estate positions. He can analyze internal rates of return and compare alternate investment scenarios such as “Lease or Buy”, “Hold or Refinance”, as well as determine the time value of money and investment cash flow, providing clients with invaluable data for making informed business decisions.
