Ivan James provided fantastic realty services to us. We were first time home buyers and he made the process easy and simple for us from beginning to end. After our first phone call, he started working right away to identify homes that could work for us. He asked us questions along the way to check in and made sure that we kept important deadlines in sight. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect, but Ivan presented everything in a clear manner and answered all of our questions. He came through after I made the decision to go with him. He did a calculation which ended up being very accurate on the numbers I would see, pay and end up with at the end of my sale. I seek transparency in all of my business transactions and Ivan is your man when it comes to that. Todays world is filled with untrustworthy people, but Ivan is definitely not one of them…….if you want the right energy on the sale of your property, go with Ivan!!!

My wife and I met Ivan and Susanne off of a phone call for a property that they owned. From there we forged a small friendship that blossomed quickly into a business relationship. I had several individuals in queue to work with us on finding a home. I must say I have a very selective eye and standard as I don’t trust easy. We decided to give Ivan and Susanne a chance and as a result we have recently closed on a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The transactions Ivan and Susanne took on with us is a sale of our current home and a purchase of a new home. The closing process hit some turbulence on our new home but never the less Ivan and Susanne were able to work the process for us, and might I say took action very swiftly on our behalf. Key elements for me in any life altering event are communications, passion, thoughtfulness, and the willingness to put yourself in my shoes, and they were just that. Ivan and Susanne thus far have been God sent and almost family like to be around and I would recommend them to any and everyone. I am still in the process of a sale of my other home with them and will leave a review once we close on how the process went.
