With his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of San Diego in hand, Ivan Moad entered the dynamic world of Southern California’s investment industry and quickly climbed its ladder to reach impressive new heights.

As a broker, account representative and, most recently, a managing director, Ivan gained vast experience and invaluable knowledge while specializing in municipal bonds; selling stocks, annuities and mutual funds; selling gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion bars and coins; training new employees; raising late-stage venture capital funding; and successfully raising capital and procuring shares for Twitter prior to its IPO.

Today, Ivan draws upon his impressive breadth of financial experience as a senior real estate associate at McMonigle Group. Home buyers, sellers, real estate investors and more rely on Ivan’s intuition and intimate understanding of deal-making to guide them through the entire sales process smoothly and quickly.
