My family and I had the pleasure of working with Shawn during our impromptu home search, both last year when we were unsuccessful and again this year, when we so graciously had the pleasure of finding our dream home! Our situation was rather unique because we were renting but due to a car accident needed to quickly relocate to a home with more space, handicap accessibility and that was still within our school zone restrictions. Shawn quickly swept into action and was able to deliver on much more than we anticipated.

Because Gwinnett County is so vast, my biggest concern was that we would be unable to find something within the area that we preferred, not only because it was so heavily sought after but because of the lack of inventory. When I say that Shawn not only exceeded our expectations but he also was able to connect us with a mortgage lender that was honest, forthright and gave us an unbelievable rate. We ended up in a property that we would have never imagined being in, in one of the most reputable neighborhoods in the area, within walking distance to the local elementary and high school.

The story doesn't end there - due to the constraints of the original owners, we needed to work with their extended timeline of departure - Shawn jumped into action. He was able to mitigate most of our scheduling adjustments, arrange for contractor visits while we were traveling AND even presented on our behalf while we were working. I can't say enough about Shawn and his calm demeanor, willingness to work odd hours to help accommodate our work schedules, consult with his business partners on challenging last minute curveballs and even follow-up after closing! Although he is new to the team, he certainly is an expert at getting the job done and making you feel safe in making your investment.

We met Ivan through a mutual friend that works with Ivan and his team. Ivan helped us sell my parent's home in Douglasville, GA where they had lived for about 14 years. We enjoyed the experience with Ivan Savant and his team . He helped us in the purchase of our first home in Norcross Ga a few years back . We had a great experience with Ivan throughout the process and he stayed in touch with us over the years even after the closing . When it came time for us to upgrade our home , there was no doubt that we wanted to use him again . On our new purchase, it took us literally 6-8 months , but Ivan was so patient with us and always communicated the good and the bad about buying a house and the market statistics . Ivan and his team went above and beyond in assisting us in selling our townhome located in Atlanta, GA. Our townhome needed some work done before selling and Ivan was able to recommend a variety of contractors from paint to flooring who were all excellent to work with! We got all of the renovations done in a tight timeline and we were able to get our home listed within a month. Better yet, as soon as our home was listed we got multiple offers within days and closed above listing price which is rare in this current market where homes are staying on the market longer. Unfortunately, due to the very high, not worth it, over asking prices in Marietta-Kennesaw, and other factors my wife and I could not find anything worth buying. I also could not see myself living in a HOA subdivision, too large, or a moldy or radon tear down for $800K to 1.3 million. Many homes have hidden problems so be very careful what you buy. If you want to sell your home quickly and for as much as reasonably possible, then hire Ivan Savant as your real estate professional. Ivan and his team are amazing. We learned about Ivan because he had recently sold a house in our neighborhood in Marietta, GA. We then noticed that most of Ivan's listings had contracts within days for above the sale price after they went on the market. So we knew that Ivan was a top notch listing agent based on his past performance. We contacted Ivan and met him in person and learned first hand about his marketing plan. This only confirmed our decision to hire Ivan as our realtor to sell our home. Even though our home was a not a multi million dollar home, he treated it as such with his impressive marketing plan.

We do not think any other realtor could top Ivan's exceptional marketing of our home. Out of the gate Ivan's multi-faceted marketing plan/blitz campaign had a goal of generating as many offers as possible, as quickly as possible. His expertise in staging advice was also key. He used a professional photographer to photograph & video our home. The online photos and the buyer take-away brochure prepared for our home were the best we had ever seen. Our home looked amazing on Realtor.com and Zillow and all of the other social media apps that Ivan utilizes.

Ivan was there for us every step of the way from listing to closing. Ivan went above and beyond. Before our home even went on the market, to generate more interest, he also contacted realtors and their clients who had previously lost out on bidding wars on similarly priced homes in our area to let them know that our home would soon be listed. He also sent professional brochures to our neighbors and surrounding areas prior to our home going live on the market and also once it was on the market.

As a result of Ivan's marketing plan and expertise, our home sold very quickly and we credit Ivan for this. Our home also had multiple offers and sold for over asking price. You could not be in better hands and we highly recommend Ivan to our family, friends and neighbors.

We closed on our new construction home and we are extremely happy with his services. We looked at some older homes and Ivan was able to give us the pros and cons of what work the home would need and the cost of the work. It helped narrow our search and made us realize that we want something new .
