Ivette has been a godsend to a process I had no idea was so complex and complicated. After over 20 years in my home, I moved and needed to rent it out. She has helped me every step of the way. For the entire process, she was available, quick to respond and gave excellent advice. Knowing it can be challenging logistically and emotionally to clear out the house I raised my family in, she guided me every step of the way.

Ivette assisted me with getting the house ready by going over what and how to prepare things, myself, and keep the budget and schedule locked down. She helped me save money and focus on what needed to be changed and what would help get the house rented quickly. She also managed the whole effort up close, as I had already moved out of town and could not be the point person for the home repairs or renter tours. Because I had existing tenants, she also navigated their move out gracefully while showing the house.

Ivette is well positioned to recommend help and coordinated everything from painting, home repairs to appliance deliveries and inspections. She made an emotionally tough process easier because she is both very personable and calm, but also very experienced and on top of things. I felt confident immediately and continue to be grateful for all that she did.

After preparing the house, she was instrumental in finding the right tenants. She is an excellent read of people and very thorough with the process which was a comfort since I was not meeting every possible person. Once I found my potential tenant through her hard work, she was also open to changes and assisted with negotiating and end result both my tenants and myself felt was fair and agreeable. Ivette knows the value of homes, comps and helped me get top dollar in a competitive market. She is excellent at managing the in-between and helped me build rapport with my incoming tenants in a professional and friendly way. She coordinated move ins, move outs, legal and administrative work and left me feeling utter gratitude, utmost respect and a happy and high recommendation for anyone wanting to sell or rent their home.

Ivette Booher made our house selling in VA a breeze. She was extremely efficient, timely and profesional in every aspect and process of the house selling.
We started working with Ivette on 2 Sep 2023; we received an offer to buy the house on 5 Oct 2023 and closed on 10 Nov 2023. We call that “SUCCESS”.
Ivette posted photos of the house, a drone photograph of our property in addition to social media postings and had “Open House” every Sunday. Ivette ensured the house was presentable before any showing or Open House and provided feedback on visitors and their comments at the conclusion of every Open House.
Ivette kept us informed at all times and worked expeditiously with buyer’s representative to resolve any question they may have.
Ivette was very detailed oriented, she walked us thru the process her company go through for signing docs (we lived in another state), provided secure links, gave us POCs of Title company, POC for mobile notary.
Ivette was extremely instrumental in having our house sold this quickly.
