I gave Ivy and her team a lump of coal. Well not a real lump, but a condo that was last renovated when Ronald Reagan was in office. She and her team have been quickly, quietly, and professionally bringing the apartment into the current period, choosing colors and finishes that reflect today’s designs (without busting my budget). My condo is looking more like the gem it should be then the lump of coal it became. I can’t wait till she has it fully staged and ready for listing.

Ivy made selling my condo almost easy. She's been a realtor in my neighborhood for a good while, so I knew she was well established and trusted; but even then I had a lot of questions because 1) it's *my* home, and 2) I was nervous with needing to sell in a pandemic (Fall 2020).

I was fully confident and comfortable handing Ivy the keys and having her manage the work needed to window-dress my home for sale. She was responsive, pro-actively reached out with updates and information, set realistic expectations, AND I am very happy with the price received.
