There aren't enough stars to describe this incredible women's skills and heart. I purchased my first home blindly without seeing it until the day before the final walk thru. The process was not easy and I wasn't the easiest client but she never let me down:). She traveled sent videos and more as we were in AL and purchasing in Tampa, FL. Prior to finding the right home we searched all over from land o lakes to riverview. She was there not only as a realtor but a friend who my kids adore. Ivy in a gem for the housing market. & I know she will help us sale when we are ready. Thanks so much for all you have done and I couldn't be more grateful that our paths crossed. Ivy was a blessing and We can never thank her enough for her help! She was thorough, professional, personable and proactive! We literally had our home listed for less than three weeks, when she found us the perfect couple to rent our home! We had a large response from her posting almost immediately, and we are certain that this was due to the care and art she took in taking the right pictures, identifying the key factors that are important to so many of us and making sure to attract the right audience. Because of so many responses,
Ivy was showing our home almost every day and not once did she turn down a client or was anything other than patient, professional and thorough. She did all the leg work and we basically did absolutely nothing! In 3 weeks, we had our home listed, our tenants vetted and our contract completed. With the timeline we were working with, for anyone else it would have been almost impossible but Ivy made it seem so simple and easy and she is truly a gem to work with!
