Ivy Lin

It all started with the idea of purchasing her own investment condo, Ivy Lin found her passion in real estate. Combined with experience of serving the Taiwanese American communities in San Diego, she turned the passion into full-fledged career.

Ivy Lin understands the neighborhood and is highly alerted on the market condition. She listens to client's need and will advise on the strategies to make purchase offers and negotiate the best terms. She is honest on giving the opinion and always look out for client's best interest. She is well-versed in the short sale/bank owned properties, investment properties, property management, and commercial leasing.

Ivy Lin graduated from National Taiwan University and received master's degree from University of Pittsburgh. She has lived in San Diego for over 12 years. She speaks Mandarin Chinese, English and Taiwanese.
