Being a first time homebuyer, Ivy was very helpful with finding a lender and establishing our budget. Once we established that, Ivy had wonderful knowledge of both the area we were looking to stay in, as well as surrounding towns. In 2017 I was looking to buy a home, I had two bad experiences with realtors and was to a point of giving up. I spoke to Ivy when I was looking at a home in Colchester, ct. I called her and she immediately picked up, and gave me the information and status of the home.
