My overall experience was positive. Ivy was very professional, conscientious and diligent. She immediately placed the listing and we received multiple responses. Most listing agents perform well if the sale is easy but we ran into obstacles. When difficulties like that arise only the most capable agents can work the problem and find a solution. Being a first time homebuyer, Ivy was very helpful with finding a lender and establishing our budget. Once we established that, Ivy had wonderful knowledge of both the area we were looking to stay in, as well as surrounding towns. As we decided on what we liked, Ivy was quick to make offers and follow through, ultimately negotiating a great deal on our fantastic home. Ivy also helped with connecting us with a lawyer to get through the closing process. The entire home buying experience was fantastic.

In 2017 I was looking to buy a home, I had two bad experiences with realtors and was to a point of giving up. I spoke to Ivy when I was looking at a home in Colchester, ct. I called her and she immediately picked up, and gave me the information and status of the home. I met her on in person and was amazed how professional,knowledgeable and helpful she was; I knew right away she was someone I wanted to work with. Ivy made looking for homes fun and stress free, she was available by phone or text all the time and anytime. Ivy helped me find my dream home in less then a month and I was so grateful for a her time and effort.
