My wife and I relocated to Florida and we were referred to Mark. He gave us a tour of the city, St. Augustine and told us about all the neighborhoods and what each area had to offer. Mark then dropped us off at the airport for our flights on our first meeting. Mark was extremely easy to work with and had our best interest at heart. He was available anytime to look at houses and would provide a detailed report of every property that included everything which was awesome! After viewing at least 20+ properties and negotiating skills we found a wonderful property that was perfect for us and our dogs that was under our expected budget for the houses we were searching for because Mark listened to our desires and showed houses that met our criteria. Mark made our relocation experience very welcoming and even after we closed he’s offered to help us with things, made us aware of benefits and other information that could save us even more money. I strongly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a hardworking, trustworthy person with experience to help find your next home. We will always use Mark if we sell or buy in Florida!!! We were very impressed and very happy with our new home :)

My wife and I are relocating, and we were ever so fortunate to have Mark and his unparalleled expertise take us on our initial house hunting journey. I sincerely have to emphasize what a pleasure it was to work with Mark, and we will certainly work with him in the near future.

He picked us up from our hotel and was very generous with his patience and time, spending an entire day showing us all of the great neighborhoods he thought we would love. He even took us to the properties we had picked out, despite them being in less desirable neighborhoods. He could have easily told us it wasn’t worth the trip. It was a great day getting to know him and his background; he’s a really down-to-earth and humble guy.

We weren’t in a position yet to make a decision, so we went back home. Mark went out of his way to do virtual showings for us so we could find a house to rent. I’m really looking forward to working with him again to help us find a permanent residence.

In moving to Jacksonville for my post doctoral fellowship and having very limited time to spare from my current schedule, Mark was amazing! He quickly arranged for several showings all in one day. He went above and beyond! Most realtors typically have you meet them at each location, but Mark picked me up from my hotel and took me to every single one. That is dedication to your clients!

My boyfriend could not join me on this trip for the showings, and Mark was incredibly patient as I first walked through each home on video so he could see and then went back through and took pictures and video for myself for the decision making process.

He planned the day well, introducing me to the city and took me by one of the locations I'll be working at. His knowledge of the area and all of the factors involved ultimately was invaluable to making our final decision. Mark did an excellent job helping us to purchase a new home. We were purchasing from out of town and he knew the many different areas of the city very well and was very helpful in guiding us to places that met our needs and wants. He arranged for us to see many houses during our short trip to Jacksonville. He even went so far as to set up a viewing for us on Easter morning. Besides being very professional, Mark was a pleasure to hang out with as we toured houses and offered a lot of great advice to us.
