J. Michael Horwitz

J. Michael (Mike) Horwitz entered the residential real estate business in San Mateo County in 1974. He knows the SF Peninsula intimately well, having grown up and lived most of his adult life. Now, his three grown children and four grandsons live in the area as well. Mike's love of the business and the community is evident in his enthusiasm and commitment.

Mike is a long-time Broker in the Real Estate Community and works for Coldwell Banker, Burlingame. He earned Lifetime Membership in the Million Dollar Club early in his career and spent 15 years managing one of the Peninsula's largest residential Real Estate Companies. In the 1980's Mike founded Bankers Real Estate Company, one of the Peninsula's leading real estate investment firms. In the early 1990's Mike re-entered the residential real estate field as a Broker and soon earned Coldwell Banker's top Premier Status. At the start of 2007, the Horwitz Team joined the Prudential Company in their Fine Homes Division, where Mike, as a Broker, was active selling real estate as well as coaching and mentoring new agents in the business. The Horwitz Team earned Prudential's Top Award and Chairman's Circle Diamond in their first year at Prudential. The Horwitz Team returned to Coldwell Banker, continuing their top performance ranking. His dedication and experience are invaluable in today's real estate environment.
