Jace Boozer

Jace Boozer grew up on Sullivan’s Island when farm animals roamed, and air conditioning was a luxury. He has watched the Charleston areas increase in population, development and real estate over the years and has seen many changes in the landscape. His hobbies are surfing, fishing, and boating around the Charleston area.
Jace started working for The Beach Company in 1999. He has been awarded agent of the year on several occasions and is a top producer every year. He has an exceptional knowledge of the Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and east of the Cooper. Growing up here gave him a very inclusive and comprehensive look into the history of the islands and Charleston area. He excels in personality and his problem-solving capabilities have helped many homeowners and investors recognize their real estate dreams.
