Jacenda Villa

Jacenda called Los Angeles, California home for most of her life. Having visited Nashville a few years ago for the first time and completely falling in love with this beautiful state she made the move across the country to Franklin, TN.

She started her real estate career shortly after moving across the country starting as a transaction coordinator and later getting her real estate license. Having family that has practiced real estate for many years including residential, commercial, luxury, and investment has made it second nature for Jacenda. Her dedication to her clients and their experience throughout this process has propelled her real estate career to incredible heights. Navigating through buying or selling a home in Nashville can be complex, but Jacenda brings her hard work, problems solving skill, and attentiveness to every client. She specializes in many aspects of the real estate business whether it be navigating first time home buyers, helping relocation clients find the perfect new place to call home, or selling your home in the current market for top dollar, she has experience in it all.

Having been an avid book lover all her life, Jacenda spends much of her time reading books from various genres. Some of her favorite books include Anna Karenina, The Memoirs of a Geisha, Limitless, and Eat, Pray, Love. She collects a new book from each place she travels too as she is building her library. You can find her traveling to various places throughout the world with her partner as they both share a love of travel. A few of her favorite passport stamps include France, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy. She has a keen interest in linguistics and cultures around the world.
