Jacey graduated from Mississippi State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Communication with a concentration in Communication Studies in 2020. She was born and raised in Starkville, MS where she began her career in Real Estate working as an Office Manager for an established brokerage in her hometown. Jacey grew up in the small town of Starkville and enjoyed the close relationships that followed suit.
She chose Sam Winter & Co. because of the close-knit team environment. She is extremely driven by the opportunity to help people with one of the largest decisions in their lives and help make that process not only a smooth one, but also a fun one. Jacey is always eager to accept the challenge of helping newcomers relocate to Mobile – from Tennessee to the United Kingdom and everywhere in between! Having helped buyers and sellers in Mobile and Baldwin counties, she always focuses on keeping it seriously local. Jacey has a talent for explaining the process of a purchase to first time homebuyers to provide a clear understanding of the contract, the money, and the timing – so they can easily make a confident and informed decision. She draws on her experience when assisting buyers and sellers making a lifestyle change such as a growing family or even a career move.
Jacey thoroughly enjoys spending her spare time outdoors and takes full advantage of the outdoor activities that Mobile has to offer. Additionally, she can be counted on as an active volunteer with the Ambassador program at the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and its Young Professionals of Mobile network. She has served many hours helping with charitable fundraising events such as the Fuse Project’s Lip Sync Battle and local fishing tournaments. Jacey counts among her skills being a deer hunter, saltwater angler and an archery enthusiast. And you may not believe it, but she is an accomplished turkey hunter!
