Jack grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and played basketball all through his childhood and into adulthood. His passion for the sport eventually earned him a Division 1 scholarship to the University of North Carolina Asheville. In 2016, Jack played in the NCAA Tournament against Villanova.
Jack brings a unique background in technology and media, and sports to the Nashville real estate scene. After to moving to Nashville in 2020, Jack worked inside sales at a software company. Considering how fast Nashville was growing, he saw his opportunity to get into the real estate industry and took it. Since then, Jack has worked his way into the luxury market and has worked with athletes, musicians, and families all around Nashville, and the world.
Jack has always had a passion for technology and sales. When he moved to Nashville after college, he found he could use his gifts to help his friends and family buy and sell real estate. He loves touring homes and loves the hunt of finding the perfect house. He uses technology to better serve his clients, making their overall experience more seamless and enjoyable. He not only wants to relieve you of the stress that real estate can cause he also wants to make sure you have someone on your side every step of the way!
Jack enjoys giving back! At the beginning of 2022, Jack started a podcast,” Closing with Costigan,” that helps younger agents achieve success, get into the luxury market, and use technology and social platforms to their advantage! He also has partnered with a charity, Tomahawk Charitable, that focuses on wounded veterans throughout the country. In 2022, Jack helped the charity start their very first golf tournament and assisted with raising over six figures for the charity on one day!
