He really took his time to study our wants and needs for our first home and did a phenomenal job. He constantly updated us on new or upcoming listings that might work for us and was always a text away even when he was on vacation! As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I told Jack the criteria I wanted for my house and he set me up on a daily search which I monitored every day. I feel like I asked a million questions throughout the process and Jack never ceased to answer them in detail and in a timely fashion.
