Jack recently sold my house. I will definitely be using him on my next purchase he's a wealth of knowledge when it comes finding houses in your price range and or determining the sale of your house. And when it comes to the paperwork he definitely knows what he's doing!!!!!

Buying a house with Jack Kort is the best decision I made. I recently relocated to the DMV from Phoenix for work and Jack was there every step of the way--despite almost a year long search, having a challenge selling my house in AZ, and one of the most competitive and unpredictable housing markets in recent history. Jack was also highly knowledgeable in the relocation program provided by my employer which allowed me to focus on finding the perfect home.
Jack had a very keen sense of my wants and took the time to explain things to me that normally would not be something I would consider. He was available day and night, both in person and virtually to talk or view properties, and was prompt with follow up--something I very much appreciated given the market conditions. Something that really struck me was Jack's keen understanding of wants and needs. This was extremely helpful given the distance and market conditions such that I can say with confidence that if I had any other realtor than Jack--I still would be looking for a home!
Another thing that really struck me about Jack is his area knowledge. His expertise is unparalleled and really helped someone like me who was new to the area. Being a busy professional, I appreciated that it saved a tremendous amount of time as he was able to brief me on listings and avoid unnecessary showings.
In addition to being one of the finest professionals in the real estate industry, Jack is also a great guy. He treats his clients and their families like his own, which is something many others claim--but Jack truly delivers. I HIGHLY recommend Jack to anyone considering buying or selling a home--there are none better!

Working with Jack is like working with an old friend. He keeps it professional and made the process easy for me to understand. I moved to Maryland in 1994. I purchased my townhouse from Jack in 1995. When I was ready for a single family home in 2005, Jack sold my townhouse the day before listing and helped me find and buy my first house. Now that I am retired, Jack helped me sell that house so I could move to a retirement community. He got me over asking price after 5 days on the market which was exactly what I needed. I can’t thank Jack Kort enough for taking all the worry out of my real estate transactions.

Jack Kort is a tremendous real estate agent. He always has your interest front and center. Sixteen years ago when I bought my house in Laytonsville, Jack was seller's agent. Sixteen years later when it was time for us to move, Jack was on our team! He will walk you thru any and all real estate steps and will keep you calm during the high anxiety times. He is the best!

Jack Kort is the first realtor I had ever worked with. He assisted me in purchasing my first house. He guided me through every step of this new process patiently explaining each document and suggesting strategies. When it was time to sell my husband’s condo, Jack was instrumental in creating an atmosphere that brought us a very satisfactory price for the unit. Now as we are retiring, Jack Kort has once again helped us through the sale of our home. When our house went on the market, our buyers took a look at the house the very next day. Jack guides families through the stages of their home-buying lives. He is a part of our lives and we hope to work with him again some day.

Jack was our buyers agent for our house in Germantown and nine years later when we decided to make a move cross-country, he helped us sell it. He made the process as painless as possible and was very patient and responsive with our anxiety selling a house from 3000 miles away. He has encyclopedic knowledge of the Germantown area and the various builders. I think he knew more about our house than we did. This really helps with setting the right price for the house.
He went above and beyond to clean up a huge water mess when our ice-maker took advantage of being left unattended. His quick action probably saved our wood floor!
Best part - we sold the house in just a couple weeks for more than asking.

Jack gave us such detailed advice and information that we were able to get an offer and go to settlement within 30 days!!!! He has been a real estate agent in Montgomery County for so long that he has a wealth of knowledge regarding the properties within. The pictures he took were amazing and his assistant Courtney was very on top of every document and signature needed for settlement. I would buy a million homes with Jack!!!!
