Jack was absolutely incredible. He listed and sold my mother in laws two flat in Portage Park Chicago very quickly. She moved into assisted living out of state and he took care of everything for us as we just couldn’t be there for any of it. He has excellent communication skills and also connected us with a wonderful real estate attorney. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Jack has been my realtor through two home sales and two purchases, and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!

He sold my marital home in Logan Square, then helped me find a condo for me and my son. As my son got older, and we were quickly outgrowing the condo, I decided it was a good time to find a house for us. Although it was a challenging time to sell and buy, Jack persevered through any and all challenges that arose. He stayed optimistic and determined through it all! He is so kind, has a great sense of humor, and communicates well with lawyers and lenders, all who consider him a trusted professional and friend.

Jack took me to look at so many houses! With his keen eye for detail and knowledge of a home's value, he helped me understand what I was looking at and was straight-forward and direct if he saw any potential issues with a house or its location. Jack is top notch! You can tell from the moment you meet him, he loves what he does. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jack for both buying and selling.
I first used jack 11 years ago to purchase my home. To say he is patient and understanding is an understatement! I dragged him around for 8 months in search of my perfect home. He was so easy to work with. I was clueless being a first time home buyer, and he took the time to explain every little detail. He went above and beyond to keep me updated, check in, and make sure I understood everything.
Naturally when it came time to list my Grandma’s estate, I knew he was the one! From the first phone call he was so compassionate. He explained to us what he felt would help sell and get the best value. There were multiple people involved in the estate, and he took the time to call and email each one. He answered every question in detail, and promptly. Everyone involved was so pleased with the outcome. We sold quickly and for a great price. This is my 2nd property working with Jack (3rd within my family) and I wouldn’t go with anybody else! His communication is precise, professional, and his work ethic is second to none! This isn’t just with us as his clients, but with the corresponding agents looking to buy or sell their properties as well. While this was my girlfriend’s first time buying a home, it came with many questions and inquiries and Jack was nothing short of compassionate, dedicated and understanding and it did not matter what time of the day we called. We truly couldn’t have done it without him! Jack has done more for me and my real estate transactions over the last 8+ years than I thought possible. Jack leaves no stone unturned and always does much more than his job ever requires. The house generated a lot of interest, four showings on the first day, and several offers including one above the listing price which held through the closing.
