I had the pleasure of working with Jack and team to purchase my new home and it was nothing short of effortless. Jack was so knowledgeable and patient, I couldn’t have ask for a better realtor. As a first time home buyer, I was completely clueless on the home buying process but Jack took his time to explain every aspect of the process while also educating me on the important aspects of a home. He even won over my dad who isnt an easy sell. I’m currently in my dream home and its all thanks to Jack and team. I know I can only rate my experience 5 stars but he certainly deserves more. If you’re in the market to sell or purchase a home, Jack is your guy.

Jack is hands down the best realtor I could ever ask for. As a first home buyer, he taught me so much and he always answered so many questions perfectly. He is so thorough and honest that he will tell you what is right house for you. I cannot imagine this house hunting journey without having him. He also has best resources for lender, inspection, renovation and what not. Just ask Jack! My motto is like Go with Jack, do what Jack would do!

My wife and I have used Jack twice now. The first time was in 2021 when we were buying our starter home. The second time was more recently when we were purchasing our forever home. We had an amazing experience both times across very different markets. More recently, Jack helped us to get our new home for $30K under the final appraisal price (earning us $30K in forced equity), while helping us to sell our old home for $10K above list price. I cannot recommend Jack enough!

We had Jack buying house twice and recently he helped us again selling the house before the year end off season.

This is our first time selling house,
Jack helped us a lot on those things we are not familiar with.
Jack conducted an assessment and told us what need to get the house ready for showing as well as get ready for market.

Jack is very knowledgeable and with extensive experience and good connections on most aspects.

Jack and his team did a fabulous job on the sale of my house. He kept me informed of the market prior to going on the market and thoroughly explained why he chose the listing price along with when to have open houses and final offer acceptance. He makes himself available by phone or stopping by in person to meet my needs. No question is too small and he will certainly explain things multiple times if needed. He wants to make sure you fully understand the process. I would certainly recommend him for your next sale.

Jack and his team helped me sell my house recently, and they couldn't make the experience any easier. Jack came in with Kim to assess what was needed to get the house ready for the market. From that visit on, Jack arranged all necessary personnel to get the house ready for showing. You can continue your everyday life while Jack did all the necessary preparations, and his assistant contacted you with any requests or instructions as a seller. I want to say thank you to Jack and his team for all they did. The best part of working with Jack, it is that he shows compassion and care for his client. Jack helped my husband and I purchase our first home in 2020 when we were expecting our first child. Our experience with him was absolutely amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly what to look out for when purchasing a home. He has a background in construction that compliments his passion for real estate perfectly. Last month, we sold that same home with Jack and our experience was just as amazing. Jack and his team have made both processes of buying and selling a home so easy, and they really do a great job of keeping you informed and educated along the way. With all of that being said, we are now looking to buy a new home and sadly Jack and his team don’t service that area. No other real estate agent has compared to the service we received with Jack. I wish we could package him up and bring him with us wherever our lives take us. His service is unmatched. The easiest 5 starts I’ve ever given.

Market conditions were very challenging with 20 year high interest rates but Jack and the team were able to formulate a unique strategy and execute it with outstanding results. With Jack's help I just purchased my first home. I met Jack a few years ago when he helped my friend purchase, and his laid back, easy going style and gentle sense of humor stuck with me. This fall I decided to start casually looking, and I did not expect to buy so soon (I wasn't entirely sure I could afford anything I'd want). I reached out to Jack and let him know up front that I wanted to go slow, and he said it was no problem, we could move as slowly as I want to and that he was happy to help educate me in the process before I was ready to commit. We saw a few places and then my dream condo came on the market (in my friend's building!) and suddenly we were moving fast. Jack helped guide me through the MPDU process (a lot of weird paperwork) and kept me well informed and advised throughout. This all took place from Thanksgiving through the end of December, when a lot of people are not that communicative-- but Jack was.

Probably because he's wonderful to work with, Jack also has lots of contacts for friendly contractors and professionals, should your home need a little work.

The experience of working with Jack on the seller side was incredible. Being a few months along, he made the process as painless as possible and provided updates throughout. We contacted him in March to sell our condo and he had it renovated and on the market in less than a month! We closed exactly two months after the initial discussion. Jack is someone I have known for a long time and there is just not enough positives that I can say about working with him. I had a rental that was is need of finding a new tenant, once I contacted Jack he was immediately on the hunt. Jack would notify me of problems and issues and would even take time out of his day to fix them. I know when trying to find someone to work with , trust is always at the top of the list, and Jack makes sure he keeps you informed of all the issues as they arise. I was really impressed with Jack's knowledge of the market and areas we were looking in. I appreciated being able to voice any questions or concerns without sugar coating things and being able to talk openly about the condition of a house, the offer that had to be made or the immediate neighborhood the house was in.

Since he comes from a construction background, his thoroughness in checking the guts of the house and reputation of builders was also extremely useful and informative. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the DMV.
