Jack Wolfe

Jack is a Licensed General Contractor with over 40 years of experience in commercial building and land projects. Highly motivated, adaptive, client-focused, and purpose-driven, he brings a lifetime of dreaming, designing, and developing projects from land purchase to CO. A Gwinnett County resident since 1987, where he has served on the Downtown Development Authority for two cities, 12 years with Duluth and currently Chairman in Sugar Hill. Jack brings knowledge of quality control, building codes, construction planning, scheduling objectives, management, and budgeting expertise to each city. Years of employment in construction with a passion for building new and improving existing spaces have led Jack to his current role.
