You could say real estate isn’t just something I do. It’s the world I’ve lived in, breathed in, and built my life around for years. I learned this business by being in it. Walking job sites. Solving real problems for real people. Running numbers at midnight. Turning tired houses into homes families are proud of. I’ve bought, flipped, managed, renovated, and repositioned properties across Northwest Ohio, and that hands-on perspective is what shapes the way I work today.
I’m known for the investor side, and I love it. I work with clients across the country who want someone who understands BRRRR, value-add, flips, long-term holds, and multifamily. I’ve done all of it myself. I know what repairs cost, what to avoid, and how to build a plan that actually makes money, not just looks good on a spreadsheet.
But my business doesn’t stop there.
I also love helping buyers who want someone honest, patient, and steady in their corner. Buying a home is a big deal, and I break the process down in a way that feels doable, not overwhelming.
And when it comes to listings, I bring the same eye I use in my remodels: what buyers notice, what sells fast, and what actually moves the needle on your net. Presentation, pricing, negotiation. It all matters, and I treat your home like it’s one of my own projects.
