About Jacki

Jacksi and Jason support his reach for the stars, they share vastly different passions. They have been in real estate since 2016 and were active in the world of real estate 10 years prior as investors. It’s given them both great insight into what it takes to be a landlord and how to best prepare for your station in the market

Jacki comes from an extensive line of agents. Her family has been serving in the real estate industry across 45 years, including her grandpa, uncle, and cousins. She found out after signing on with John L. Scott that her grandpa, childhood hero (who has passed long ago) was also a JLS agent! Jason has an extensive background from his previous employment where he worked for Washington State for more than 20 years. His extensive background in code enforcement, building codes and dedication to eliminate contractor fraud through compliance has added invaluable knowledge to his work as a broker today. Jason’s keen eye on potential code issues and state expectations have aided clients in making sound decisions throughout their journey of buying or selling a home

Jacki and Jason often support clients who are buying or selling luxury homes on the Eastside and in Snohomish County. They describe their approach to real estate as “heart based and service minded,” and continually hear from clients that their personalities are the perfect balance of one another. Numbers and rankings aside they see every opportunity to serve as Luxury and show up the same every time. The duo sees every magnificent home purchasing experience as their own personal victory and strive to achieve that goal with each client they serve. Jacki and Jason also provide complimentary staging for their listing clients to be certain they are positioning themselves to win before going active, along with their customized marketing techniques, there is nothing they won’t cover to get you to your goal. In addition to their work in real estate, Jacki and Jason also do events, anything from weddings and proposals to designing campsites and backyard luncheons. They are both inspired by creating happy homes, design, and achieving the unthinkable for their clients!
