It is hard to put into words what a wonderful experience it was working with Jackie Langley and the Tallon & Olenik Team with Keller Williams. Jackie helped us through the entire process from selling our first home to purchasing our perfect-for-us forever home. Jackie is a dear friend of our family. Previously knowing her unstoppable work ethic and great attention to detail, we knew we wanted to take this journey of buying a home with her, but we could never have imagined how much she would exceed our expectations in so many ways. Jackie was by our sides supporting us and guiding us from start to finish. Her passion for the business and knowledge of the market gave us great confidence in every move we made. Jackie worked effectively and efficiently, but always took her time understanding our preferences, budget, and lifestyle, ensuring we found the right home for us. She was professional and proactive, promptly addressing any question or concern we had, and, most importantly for us, she never rushed us in our decision making. Along with all these impressive qualities, what meant the most to my family was her genuine care for our individual process. There was never a time that she responded to us as her “clients,” but instead she treated us like family. We know she would do the same for any person she is working with and could not recommend her highly enough.

Jackie was absolutely incredible in our search for our first home. The home-buying process can be extremely daunting, especially for first-time buyers. But Jackie was a true professional; she was patient, answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, advocated for us, and showed up to each tour/open house with infectious positive energy. She listened to our "wants" and "must-haves," adjusted that list with us as we saw more houses, and showed nothing but complete support when we ultimately decided we wanted to look in a completely different area than we were originally thinking. We could not be happier in our home and we cannot recommend Jackie and the KW team enough!

We used Jackie as both our selling and buying agent. She gave us incredible advice throughout the process. Representing us as sellers, she and the KW team guided us on how to make our house look its best for listing, and when offers started to come in, Jackie talked us through each of the different options to select the best buyer for us. As buyers, she took time to listen to our "wants" and "needs," adjusted with us as we changed those wants and needs as we saw more houses, and helped us get our absolute dream home in our perfect location. We could not recommend Jackie highly enough.
