Jackie showed us ALL the places, she helped us put in offers (one fell through because of the home inspection). She didn’t just show us what we found but showed us other areas or neighborhoods we might like. He helped us through the whole process and gave us referrals for mortgage lenders and other local stuff.

It was a great experience working with Jackie, she is a real professional and provided true real estate agent service and not only sends you MLS or Zillow links, but also tried to really understand my needs and tastes.
Jackie is a native Coloradan, seasoned and full-time resident, and knows the mountain areas, Summit County and Leadville area very well.
Jackie gave me advice about the different complexes I was looking at and was patient with me as I went back and forth about what I wanted. She was always responsive to text and phone calls, and she was able to make it to every showing I wanted to check out.
She was superb in always accommodating her schedule to mine and finding a replacement if she couldn’t show the place herself, especially when I wanted to see places on short notice or when she had clearly told me she would be out of town for the weekend. At one point I requested to pull out of a contract and she was able to do it seamlessly.
She not only was great during the purchasing process but also made sure to provide me with a list of contractors I needed for the remodeling I was planning. She also offered her assistance to help in anything I may need after the purchase of my new home.

Jackie was wonderful. We looked at several homes, but when I found the one I love she was on the ball. We had A LOT of issues with the lender I picked, a referral from a friend, that ended up, my fault, not hers, to be a total NIGHTMARE for almost three months. But Jackie never waived. She called the lender almost daily, gave me updates, held my hand, figuratively, through some really trying times, and brought me through. Now I would say during these times I could really be a bear, but she stuck with it and when we switched lenders, she followed it all through and we closed in 10 business day of switching. She's bright, cheerful, and a problem solver. She'll never give up on you, even when you want to give up yourself. HIGHLY recommended.

Jackie is one of the best realtors in Summit. We could not have asked for a better experience when it came to buying our vacation home. As we live in Cleveland, we reached out to her to help us find a home from away from home. We were under contract within a few days of meeting her after she showed us some of the most spectacular homes for the best prices. Jackie was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. She spent what seemed like a lifetime sending me recommendations and remained patient throughout the challenge. She was knowledgeable about the area, was quick to respond to any questions and wasn't afraid to go above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. When my lender kept dropping the ball she was not shy to kick them in the shins and make them get their act together! I have nothing but admiration for how effortlessly she managed all of my questions, concerns. I don't know how she dealt with me!! Five Stars All The Way!!! I'm an out of state buyer, and Jackie helped me through my first purchase in Colorado. Jackie was fantastic throughout the entire process, including negotiating an extension of the closing date, and dealing with multiple issues with the property that impacted financing. Equally as important as her local knowledge and RE expertise, is her positive attitude and pleasant nature - which is why she was my first call when I went back to CO to look at a second purchase this past fall. I'd recommend Jackie with no hesitation or reservations!
