We could not have asked for a better person when looking for our first home. OK…it must first be understood that I am NOT related to Jackie in any way shape or form. I am just an ordinary guy who needed her expertise. And boy did she EVER help !!! But to start this review with 5 STARS is not nearly enough! 1005 STARS maybe!!!

Without going into long detail she stayed with me for six months as an advisor and negotiator. Then made up all the paperwork after months of haggling and back and forth numbers. She lost her father during this process but never lost focus on her business dealings. She was so professional it rates waaaay off the charts! Thank you Jackie for your professionalism, expertise and especially just caring about making sure I (a normal, know nothing about real estate guy) wasn’t taken advantage of!! THANK YOU!!!! We moved to Michigan 4 years ago from out of state. Jackie coordinated with us to view all the homes we wanted to see in one day and on our timelines. When we found the home we fell in love with, she was there every step of the way up until and beyond closing. This required a lot on her part with us being out of state including meeting with the appraiser and inspectors, video calling and staying in constant communication through the process. When it was time to sell, Jackie is the only one we trusted to handle the transaction with us again being out of state. She took the reigns and made it happen in a matter of 2 weeks! Moving out of state presents many challenges and left us pretty busy with other things. Jackie handled everything for us from listing to closing. A+++. Jackie did a fabulous job selling my mother's home! I had lost my mother Christmas Eve, and it took me a long time to get it cleared out, painted and new floors laid. I had originally had another realtor list it, but after 6 weeks of nothing happening, I spoke with a friend who recommended Jackie. She was prompt at showing up, she was concise on what we needed to do, and she even helped me to power wash the home. She hired stagers to come in and furnish it. We had an offer right away, so we didn't have the original open house. But the day before that closing the buyer backed out. Jackie had an open house three days later, and we did end up with a cash offer. It was amazing. Jackie is seriously the best! If you want your home to move, call Jackie right now!!!!
