Jackie helped me purchase my first condo. She was friendly, informative, and proactive throughout the process and after.

Jackie helped curate several different condos to show us. She was knowledgeable and helper us to understand the pros and cons of each one. When we found the condo we wanted Jackie was able to provide different inspectors, lenders, and attorneys to use which was helpful.

It feel that it gets tricky in dual agency cases as Jackie represented both the seller and myself but overall I feel that Jackie helped us come to a fair agreement and made sure our needs were addressed.

She was diligent in the closing process as well informing us about damages that happened during the construction process on our condo and helped connect us to the condo association to make sure they could fix it.

Overall, I felt Jackie did a good job helping us find a home and would recommend her to others!

What isn't there to say about Jackie? From the very beginning of our search Jackie treated us as more than clients, but as friends. She catered to each and everyone of our (demanding) needs in regards to criteria for our house search. We were probably rather annoying clients however she handled it with extreme professionalism, and showed us great options. I do not know if we would have been able to go through this process with any other realtor, and that's the truth.
