In the market today, being a first time home owner was very challenging. I’d never imagined ever qualifying for anything let alone the speedy approval once I hit submit back at the end of February 2021. Little did I know that the ball would be rolling right then and there when I received a call from the Zillow hotline who connected me with Jackie. Now, never doing anything to this extreme before, I’m not going to lie, I was nervous when I saw, just how young, Jackie looked to me. I was so quick to pass judgement, but just as quickly..she settled my doubts. In just 5 minutes I was off the phone and she has a phone call in to run a pre approval application. I was approved within the first day or two I believe. And I have her to thank for remaining so patient with us as we searched the market for our forever home. It was so frustrating, but she was diligently working on finding us what we told her was important to us in the beginning. At times we would find the market manipulating us, but Jackie wouldn’t let it. She’s so honest and forthcoming. Even if it means having to tell us what we needed to hear and not what we wanted to believe. We needed truth. She always had time to answer my questions, and treat me like a friend, and not a paycheck. And again, she kept pushing to get us what we needed out of a home….she even took kindly to my, then, 6 year old…and he still thinks she’s the coolest for finding his mom her own bathroom and hideaway, his dad a sweet man cave/garage, and for him…..his childhood. Not only a bedroom, but a playroom and a side yard for his basketball hoop and those summertime fires, Rural streets full of young families like ours within an 8th of a mile to a park and the beach. She might think I’m nuts for rambling and going on and on ..but when our offer (this was our fourth bid; and we had given up—-but she didn’t. She found this one after about 2 weeks of us putting realtor.com on a shelf until the market let up a bit) when it was accepted….she shared in the joy our little family felt. She empathized with us and held to her word 100% of the time, never faulting once. Prompt, aggressive when needed, soft and caring towards us always, punctual, understanding, extremely tentative, and Honest. In todays world…I think it’s pretty cool that I got paired up to make my first big investment with someone who actually cares. If one day we choose to leave this home for a new one, she’s gonna get a phone call from me. And anyone I know who’s even considering buying…I always say “I gotta girl, when you’re ready.” I’m forever grateful. My family thanks you so much, Jackie.

Best real estate agent I could have ever even imagined. Made finding the perfect house easy and safe. We didn't have to worry about hidden problems with the houses because she'd find out about anything and let us know ASAP if something was wrong or made the house not worth buying.

Jackie was the best realtor we could have asked for! Being first-time homeowners, we had absolutely no knowledge when it came to buying a house. Jackie was with us every step of the way and helped answer our hundreds of questions. In the end, she found the perfect house for my fiancée and I. It was absolutely everything we were looking for, and we would’ve never found it without her help. Even with the market being crazy right now, she was always very optimistic and honest with us. We had an amazing experience buying our first house, and she is the one to thank! We couldn’t have done it without her and her amazing skills.
