About Jacky

What Jacky likes most about helping people achieve the American dream is simple; he still gets excited handing the keys to a first-time homebuyer while watching their exhilaration well up as they realize "it's finally happening!" Moreover, he enjoys helping people maximize their profit as they sell and also helping investors capitalize on their investments.

Jacky is an Alumnus of South Plains College and Texas Tech University and he has been a full-time Realtor® in the Lubbock real estate market since 2002.

Jacky began his career working with Coldwell Banker Trusted Advisors which is recognized as one of the top offices in the country. Locally as well as nationally, they utilize all the latest technology to help their clients achieve their real estate goals. Jacky thoroughly enjoys bringing people closer to the American dream and he doesn't take that responsibility lightly.

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Jacky worked in all facets of sales and he knows the importance of a customer/client centric business. Since 2009, he has ended each year in the top 5% of Lubbock REALTORS®. In addition, he achieved the International Presidents Circle for Coldwell Banker since 2010, an honor only 5% of Coldwell Banker Agents internationally enjoy. He owes a huge debt of gratitude to his clients for this success.

Jacky is only as effective as his understanding of market trends and the needs/personalities of his clients. Therefore, continual education is particularly important. The designations after his name are from real classroom applications, helping him to sharpen his saw.

Jacky served in leadership in the Lubbock Association of Realtors® as the Secretary/Treasurer for 2016, President-Elect for 2017, President for 2018, Chairman of the Board 2019, LAR REALTOR® of the YEAR 2019 and Texas REALTOR® State Director 2020-2022.

He and his wife have been married over 25 years and they have two wonderful children. Jacky loves music and they are active in their church music ministry. It is great to be in Lubbock!
