Hello I'm Jacky Howard and Lubbock Texas is my home. I am an Alumnus of South Plains College and Texas Tech University and I have been a full-time Realtor® in the Lubbock real estate market since 2002. I began my career working with Coldwell Banker Trusted Advisors which is recognized as one of the top offices in the country. I utilize all the latest technology to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. I thoroughly enjoy bringing people closer to the American dream and I don't take that responsibility lightly.

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I worked in all facets of sales and I know the importance of a customer/client centric business. Since 2009, I have ended each year in the top 5% of Lubbock REALTORS®. Before I started jHoward Realty, I achieved the International Presidents Circle for Coldwell Banker, 2010-2024. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my clients for this success. I am only as effective as my understanding of market trends and the needs/personalities of my clients. Therefore continual education is very important. The designations after my name are from real classroom applications as well as years of experienced transactions. All helping me continue to sharpen my saw.

I served in leadership in the Lubbock Association Of Realtors® as the Secretary/Treasurer for 2016, President-Elect for 2017, President for 2018, Chairman of the Board 2019, REALTOR® of the YEAR 2019, and Pinnacle Award 2025. For Texas Realtors®, I graduated from the Leadership Program in 2016, served as State Director for 2020-2022, and Executive Board for 2023, and Member Benefits Chairman 2024.

My beautiful wife, Sharee, and I have been married over 30 years and we have two wonderful children. I love music and we are active in our church music ministry.
