Jacob Cioffi

Born and raised in South Florida, Jacob is no stranger to the area making him a valuable Real Estate Professional to his clients. Jacob's career journey began in high school with dreams of becoming a doctor, serving as his school's Medical Club Vice President in charge of fundraising for various charitable organizations and new member mentorship. However, after seeing his fathers success in the real estate industry and being around it all his life, Jacob fell in love with the idea of being able to help families through the process of making a house, a home. After working with his father as a developer for many years, he procured a special eye for design now offering his clients special insight into quality of construction and spotting features that lend themselves to better resale value when selecting a home. Jacob's background as a real estate developer also brings a level of expertise to BEX Realty when it comes to consulting with sellers to help improve and stage their homes before they hit the market. Jacob understands that people not only demand a knowledgeable real estate professional, but one who is genuine and truly looking out for their best interests. My personal promise is to always be attentive to his clients' needs, empathetic to their situation and mindful of the outcome.
