Jacob moved to Nashville from New York to take a job in the music industry. After falling in love with the city, he transferred to Belmont University to complete his education. Realizing that Nashville was not only a great city to live and play, but he also recognized that investing financially in its growing economy was best way to build a secure future for himself and those that trusted him. After buying his personal home, he realized he could fulfill his purpose of serving and helping others by becoming a professional realtor and guiding them through their real estate journey. During his first two years, he sold over 60 homes with Village before transitioning to the Pargh Team at Compass Real Estate.
Jacob is enthusiastic about client satisfaction, and his goal is to have clients happy with their choice months and years down the road. He works hard for his client and treats their interests like his own. This is probably why he works mainly by referrals as his clients describe him as going 'above and beyond', 'top notch' 'stress free' and 'knowledgeable'. He also likes to make the process fun. In his free time Jacob enjoys volunteering in the community, co-chairing the Nashville Young Jewish Professional Group, attending concerts, and rooting for the Nashville Predators!
