A partner at Gulfbelt Properties Inc. since 2003, Jacob has specialized in Conventional and Subsidized Multifamily Management. His hands on approach to management has been integral in Gulfbelt's multi-family portfolio. Jacob has experience in all facets of property management: acquisitions, fiscal accountability, marketplace analysis, due diligence, and construction management. Knowledge of the complex management, leasing and compliance responsibilities of HUD and USDA properties. Oversight of the day-to-day operations of a diverse Multi-Family portfolio including Affordable and conventionally financed Multi-Family real estate investments. Jacob is a graduate of Troy University with a BS in Business Management and is currently a Certified Property Manager® candidate.
