Jacob was born in Seattle and raised by a teacher, a counselor, and an entrepreneur, so it’s no wonder that he would eventually become a real estate agent! Collaborating with clients, his primary focus is on education, advocacy, and negotiation ... and sometimes a little counseling.
Since he began helping clients buy and sell real estate in 2003, he has built up a growing clientele who trust him to put their interests first. He prides himself on collaborating almost exclusively with past clients and those they’ve referred to him. This allows Jacob to focus his productive time on serving clients rather than shaking trees to find new ones.
He depends on my clients to keep him busy, and in return, He works hard to make sure you get excellent service and attention. When he’s working with a buyer or seller, he is working to continue building a relationship for the future and with the hope of new relationships down the road.
In his spare time, he enjoys a lot of soccer – playing, coaching and watching. Come spring and summer, the great outdoors calls him, and if he is lucky, Jacob’s nature adventures even include guiding whitewater rafting trips.
He spends as much time as he can with his children, and wherever he is, it’s a good bet his pup Hailey is close at hand.
