I have to say that Jacob Rady’s diligence throughout the whole process made our home buying experience pretty stress free. He found us the perfect home within minutes of it being listed and we were able to get an offer in right away! He was even helpful to us after our closing with a few things. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.

I worked with Jacob when buying my first home towards the end of 2021. It was a tough market, but Jacob navigated the process with the professionalism of a seasoned realtor. He took time to explain features and styles I wouldn't have recognized as a layman, to help me make a more informed decision.

If I were in the market again, I would easily choose Jacob with the knowledge that he would fight to get me a quality home for the right price.

A wonderful selling experience! Jacob gave solid advice as to what to improve and what to let be. His price target was right on. He was quick to respond to questions. It was always clear what we were to do and what he and his team were going to do, so there was no wasted effort. Our pre-sale tasks were laid out clearly and with plenty of time, even with an aggressive listing schedule. Very very highly recommended.

I have utilized Jacob and his real estate services with both selling a home and purchasing a new home. With today’s challenging market you need someone who you can trust to find what you are looking for in the price range that you are comfortable with. My wife and I used Jake when purchasing our home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He is very knowledgeable not only as a realtor but he looks at homes from a contractor point of view. He knows a lot about the little details with how houses are built and any potential issues that may arise in the future. That gave us a lot of peace of mind whenever it was time to decide on our offer price as well as negotiating inspections.
