Jacob sent us a Home Valuation of our home compared to 5 others in the area. We were very pleasantly surprised with his analysis. We will be using his analysis as we plan our finances moving forward. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated advisor in the real estate space look no further! After working with Jake at the end of 2021 into early 2022, I would highly recommend utilizing His services for your real estate needs - both purchasing and selling. My husband and I worked with Jacob to both sell our previous home and purchase our current. Prior to making the decision to sell, he took the time to give us a detailed overview of the process and current market trends to give us an understanding of what to expect as far as offers and timeline. During the selling process, he worked diligently to ensure we received the best return on our investment and negotiated a flexible close date, which was pivotal in our move. Following the sale of our home, he was persistent in sending us newly listed homes that checked our boxes and ensured he was available to facilitate showings that worked with our busy schedules. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, Jake was able to get our offer accepted in a multiple offer situation. He was also able to align the sale and purchase closings of both homes to make it as convenient as possible for us. We are extremely appreciative of his hard work in making the end to end process so smooth for our family!
