He is not Jake from State Farm, but does enjoy a nice pair of khakis... In 2013 with three combat deployments behind him, Jake decided it was a time for change. Leaving his combat boots in the rear view he became a licensed Realtor(R). Deciding to stay in Moore County was an easy decision as Jake prefers the four weeks of pollen to the four feet of snow he endured being raised in Upstate New York. Jake specializes in new construction, development and remodeling. With many accolades and accomplishments in Real Estate, including being a Multiple Listing Service Board Member, he has decided to branch out and open Everything New In The Pines, a real estate firm dedicated to those he serves best. Jake is accompanied in real estate by his wife Bridget Hussey Sutherland - also a Realtor(R) at Everything Pines; and their two spoiled fur babies Zoom and Chloe. In his off time Jake can be found remodeling homes, tending to the garden, attending NASCAR races and yelling at the TV when he is not able to go to the race. Jake has found a real home at Everything Pines and is excited for what he can offer clients and friends.
