Jacob Weaver

Jacob Weaver, co-founder of The Weaver Byrne Group out of Bellevue, WA, has built a business in real estate by understanding the many dimensions
of the real estate industry. Early on in Jacob's career as a real estate
professional, he built a foundation in deal-making through wholesaling, owner finance, lease option, and subject-to transactions. With this experience, he
partnered with Brandon Byrne to grow a brokerage team at eXp Realty in 2019, with the intent to educate and teach brokers how to support real
estate investors and builders.

After years of team growth, The Weaver Byrne Group has expanded to working with developers and builders, supporting the construction and sales of new luxury homes and development sites. The multi-faceted background and experience of Jacob Weaver make him a well-positioned voice
