As a full-time realtor since 2014, many of her happy clients come from within the LGBTQ+ community. Jackie has been an active member of the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce since 2018 and serves as a current board member. She played an integral role in the formation of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance in 2020, where she currently sits on the Board of Directors and served as the inaugural President of the Central Maryland Chapter. She also holds a seat on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committees for both Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Maryland Realtors.

Jackie and her wife, Sue, reside in Baltimore County with their three rescue dogs: Baxter, Beau, and Lucy.
