Up until we were fortunate enough to have met Jackie my husband and I thought we would loose our house to a foreclosure. We called Jackie and she promptly met us and listed our house. Through alot of obstacles, with us wanting to throw in the towel Jackie kept her positive attitude, not giving in until she was able to sell our house. We met Jackie by chance. She was listing the condo we were renting and we requested her assistance with finding a new home. She searched and searched until she found the perfect home for us. Jackie impressed us from the beginning with her knowledge of the market, area and tough negotiating skills. She had found us the house we wanted, at the price we wanted. Her services didn't end there, she followed up every step of the way with our mortgage company and if it wasn't for her staying on top of it, hounding the lending company, insurance carriers etc.. we wouldn’t have closed. have been in the Lee County area for 34 years had rental properties and when the market crashed I had to due some short sales. Jackie assisted me in short selling several investment properties. She was able to negotiate with the banks and get these properties sold with my best interest in mind. Had I not worked with Jackie I believe I would have ended up in foreclosure on these properties. Jackie is wonderful to work with and she is very professional. Before we moved to SWFL we made a few trips down here to find our house and each time Jackie had several listings for us to look at with a folder that was made up of every house we were going to see. The folder was great for us to reference when we were making our decision. We have recommended her to all of our friends and family that are in the market to buy or sell. She's GREAT!
