I have had the pleasure to be represented by Jacqueline as both a buyer and seller over the past 5 years. Let’s face it, buying a new home is an exciting and yet scary transaction. Jacquie’s kind and calm demeanor is very comforting during the nerve-racking buying process.

Jacquie is a great listener. She immediately zeroed into the style of home that interested me. She is also very firm about representing the buyer and negotiating a fair price. Jacquie is a thorough and knowledgeable resource and saved this recently divorced dad 10s of thousands of dollars, in repairs to a house I adored, but one that the seller was unwilling to budge on price. No worries, the very next house Jacquie showed me checked all the boxes and needed no work! A perfect fit, this became home.

As a seller’s agent, Jacquie was again top notch. We sat down to discuss a listing price and her thoughts were right in line with mine…list at a price that was fair and would generate the foot traffic we were after for a quick sale. Jacquie suggested using her photographer to make the home “pop” in the listing. By Friday the home was listed and by the following Monday morning I had an offer above asking price. I was ecstatic! Jacquie’s calm and confident demeanor tempered my emotions again, as she suggested we wait until days end for other offers she believed were being prepared- was she ever right! 2 more offers came in and my home sold for 30k over asking price!

What is more, Jacquie put me in touch with realtors in potential landing spots for my relocation. She has since checked in with me a couple of times to see how I have adjusted at my new job, and how my third go around at home buying is going. She’s always going above and beyond!

I highly recommend Jacqueline as your realtor, she’s absolutely the best! She’s a true gem to the profession, and cares for your success in finding that perfect home!

My wife and I have worked with Jacqueline three times and each time she proves to be the best! Her professionalism, market expertise, and prompt responsiveness are unrivaled. Jacqueline went above and beyond from start to finish and was able to help with every single step along the way. No matter how simple or complex the questions were, she was there for it and we couldn't be more appreciative of her excellent work. Jacqueline is simply the greatest around and we cannot recommend her highly enough! If there was a way to rate higher than 5 stars we would!!

Jacquie and I actually found my house on our very first outing - and she has been the most helpful realtor, navigating all the processes that come with home buying, negotiations pre-closing, connecting me to contacts needed for closing and didn't stop there - checking in, recommending contractors and just a lovely all around person to know. You cannot go wrong with Jacquie!
