I'm Jacqueline Richmond, but my friends and family call me Jackie. I became a realtor in 2011 with Century 21 Town and Country. I have enjoyed learning the business of real estate. I listed and sell homes in the Inland Empire area, specifically Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario and Fontana. My knowledge of local neighborhoods and real estate market make me a unique real estate professional.
I have established organizational skills with attention to detail. I assist clients with property sales data, including analyzing market trends to determine competitive market prices. I hold open houses and advise clients on best practices for selling success. Prepare documents, including listings packages and sales contracts. I work as a liaison with lenders, home inspectors, and pest contractors. Coordinate property closings and overseeing documents singing.
Also, I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix. I am excited and proud to be an agent for Century 21 Town and Country.
