Jackie was so great. She was patient and knew exactly what we wanted. She even took looks at houses and let me know what would work and what wouldn't for my family. She was punctual and did her dual diligence to make sure we were happy. We finally found what we were looking for after a year and a half and she was there every step of the way.!!! We are very pleased with her and would definitely recommend her if you are house hunting!!

Purchasing a home is an extremely stressful process. So stressful that it can seem nearly impossible to a first home buyer like myself. There are so many steps and so many Realtors out there and finding the right one is overwhelming on its own. Luckily, I was connected with Jackie at Re/Max Achievers and she made my first home buying process incredible. From the very beginning, Jackie took the time to understand what I was looking for and did everything she could to set up showings on listings as soon as possible. Most of them were same day I asked to see them! She would make it work for my scheudle-- mornings, afternoons, weekends, it didn't matter! She also took the time to educate me on the whole process. When we began, I did not even know that a Realtor and a broker were the same thing! She was kind, patient and held my hand from beginning to end. Every document I signed, every cost was explained to me in that I could understand. My trust in her translated to her network of loan officers, inspectors, etc. who were also kind and efficient. This really made a world of a difference knowing that everyone Jackie connected me with was going to take as good of care of me as she did. I just closed on a home that is in the center of the short north and I couldn't be happier. I know that although the deal is over, I have Jackie as an amazing resource for life. I couldn't imagine having a better experience buying a home! Jackie is the absolute best realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in any area! Thanks Jackie!

Good communication, always felt I could ask anything and get my question answered quickly and professionally or pointed in the right direction. As a first time home-buyer, Jackie really helped me get through the long and unfamiliar process.
