Jade LaFreniere was born and raised in the Carolinas. After 20 years of dreaming of living in the Great Smokies, she moved to Bryson City. Jade's background includes 10 years in Wholesale Food Manufacturing, Franchise Development, and Real Estate Investments. Her extensive knowledge in growing small businesses to scale, provides leasing and sales clients a concentrated understanding of their unique needs across product categories and industries.

Jade is particularly passionate about industrial, mixed use, land, and medical offices. Mrs. LaFreniere is excited to work with clients interested in asset financial analysis, adaptive reuse, tax-deferred exchanges, and Opportunity Zone placements.
