Jade is skilled in negotiations and very detail orientated.

She advises and advocates for you during the home buying process. She will take the time to uncover the buyers needs and wants. Educating the buyers on current market conditions is another way to help her buyers and/or sellers in making their decision.

Upon finding out what her buyers/sellers are looking for, Jade researches homes and sort through active listings while keeping her clients folder in front of her so that she can cross-reference their needs with the properties that she is finding.

Jade will handle all the ups and downs of the negotiation process, and always provide oversight.

She will work with you from the first day you meet, to the first property you see to the closing table, always keeping her buyers informed and protected.
