Frustrated with a rental price hike, my partner and I were connected with Jae Anne to find a more reasonable rental. After having a simple conversation with her about our needs, (and with the price we were willing to pay for a great rental) Jae Anne put the idea of owning in our minds. I personally knew I wanted to own one day, but for my partner it was a dream out of reach, until it wasnt. I am grateful she was able to make owning a reality for us. Jae Anne helped us see what was possible and made the home buying process seamless, painless, and honestly a lot of fun. Jae Anne was amazing to work with. Back in November 2022, my wife and I received a 60 day notice from our landlords for the house we were renting saying they wanted to renovate and eventually move in. My wife and I were so stressed we started looking for apartments to rent. We didn’t find anything that we liked so we contacted Jae Anne. We were worried we weren’t able to close before our move out date Feb 1st 2023. Jae Anne assured us we can close in time. A day later, she set us up with our loan officer and we were pre-approved and she was ready to show us houses the next day. Jae Anne helped us find out home and we were able to close on 1 month! Back in the end of November, my husband and I received a text from our landlords basically telling us we had until February 1, 2023 to move out of the house we were renting. We immediately went into panic mode and started searching for an apartment to rent. We didn’t find one place that was worth our money. So we asked family members for advice and they advised us to buy instead. We contacted Jae for advice and asked her if it would be possible to find and close on a property in one month and Jae was confident that we could. This is our second experience working with Jae Anne. She helped us buy, buy, then sell after all is said and done. Hopefully, I didn’t just confuse you.

We were in a very unique situation. We bought a home first, then sold the home we previously occupied. They were two separate transactions so it wasn’t contingent. Meaning to say, at one point we were paying two mortgages. I was so stressed. After two days of listing we received three offers. Not only did we finally sell, but sold for close to $30K higher than asking price.

In order for me to tell you about my experience with JaeAnne, I have to tell you a little about our past. I have been in the business of buying and selling homes with Jae since right around 2009. 10 years at least! I bought my first condo, a HUD property, with Jae and because it was my first experience, I didn't know what to expect. But being close to graduation, and knowing that it was 'the time,' I knew she would take care of me.. And she did. I loved my first home all the way up until it was time to upgrade; and I did that with JaeAnne as well. I sold my first place, and also bought my 2nd place with a contingency loan. A different path from the first, but again, JaeAnne took care of me. After a couple of years of being in that home, my husband and I decided it was time to move on. This time though, we decided to go with a different realtor. I have to admit, this was our biggest mistake, but hey, sometimes we have to go thru learning curves, right? I honestly had to see how terrible this other realtor was, in order to really appreciate the stellar service that JaeAnne provides. Without going into detail what the other guy did, let me just tell you what made us decide to come crying back to Jae in hopes she would take us back as her clients-When you work with JaeAnne and/or any one of her team, you know you'll be in good hands (Celina, Curtis, Dave.. I'm talking to you). You will get first rate service and you'll feel like you're that person's only client. You'll feel like family, open to ask any question, and like you can call at any time. You will feel like you're in control as opposed to everything unraveling before you, without understanding what's going on. The level of professionalism, service, and overall satisfaction you will get working with someone with Jae, who only works with professionals that are highly rated and are all professionals in their respective fields, is unparalleled. Just sold my house with Jae Anne! She treats you like a friend. She is very hands on and shows face even during the pandemic, with proper health precautions of course. She is also very communicative. Even with a simple questions, she responds in detail to make sure that it is thoroughly addressed.
I gave her a date that I wanted to move out of the house, and she did her magic. She guided me throughout the whole thing and was very upfront about everything. From signing on with her, everything was lighting speed since we were on a deadline. From staging, pictures, a few fixes here and there, she was on it! We got my house on the market in under 2 weeks, and had offers right away! She was able to explain the offers in detail and provided her recommendations on which offer was the best.
With her work ethic, and drive, she was able to sell my house before the deadline! She WORKS for you and what your needs are. I will be working with Jae Anne again in the future.
