I was referred to Jay through my friend. Jay is very professional and detailed oriented when it comes to the property. Whenever we went to see any house, he went through the entire house and always gave us a true opinion about it Jay was always patient in answering our questions and provided clarifications as needed. Overall, it was a really good experience working with him to buy a house and he always guided us to the right direction. Highly recommended for your house buy/sell/rent needs.

Jay was extremely professional and diligent in both the Sale of our home and purchase our new home! He knows the market well and will give you honest advice. The best thing I liked about Jay was that he was not pushy at all, he will give his opinion of a property and price and then would leave the decision to be mine. His favorite line - You are in the driving seat and I am your instructor! He cautioned me when needed and guided me accordingly. Jay is my realtor for life and I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest and hardworking realtor!
